In place of the licensed referees used for older age groups, Under 6 Micro Soccer relies on "game monitors" to officiate and faciliate all games. Game monitors are typically parents or soccer-experienced siblings of players on the field. This helps to achieve our goal of de-emphasizing competition and promoting fun.
